Hello Sandy,
I swept the straw out of the Super Cub (man, there was straw everywhere!) and then I flew up to Kaltag today in a Beech Baron - a bit roomier and faster!
Weather was severe clear most of the way once north of the mountains. No problems, easy flight.

Note from Snowboss:
"Hi Vic,
The straw you haul is suppose to be in blue plastic bags. Make sure they wrap them for you. Sorry about the mess in your cub."
Vic:
"Hi Boss,
No wonder things were so messy! They were taking advantage of a rookie.
Thanks, I won't let them get away with that anymore!"
Snowboss:
"I should have warned you Vic. The loading crew gets lazy at times, and take advantage of rookie Iditarod pilots."
