PIREP David Asp: Straw 14 then to Fairbanks.

Hi Boss...

Just got into Fairbanks.

Straw-14 took me from Unalakleet up to White Mountain, and then picked up the extra flight across to McGrath for more straw to be taken to Fairbanks.

Looked for your briefcase at McGrath but was told that thanks to improving weather you had been thro earlier in the day en route to Anchorage and had collected it.

Flight from McGrath to Fairbanks in perfect weather but it seems from your recent posting that things are really closing in at ANC.

Will overnight here in Fairbanks then check the WX for my Anchorage transfer tomorrow.
