Hi Crew.
Left Anchorage at 09:04 local and headed for Finger Lake Checkpoint. It was still a little bit dark, but I thought the sun would rise shortly and I have enough daylight to find the Checkpoint. But I was wrong about the daylight and so I diverted to Skwentna and awaited daylight there and after almost one hour later I headed out for Finger Lake again. According to the GPS I was heading right and I found it without any problems. I got help at unloading these straw balls and after about 25 minutes I took off and headed to McGrath as mentioned by our Dispatch Office.
It took me 51 minutes to Finger Lake and the flight to McGrath is currently in progress - online.
